You can submit documents without a case number by entering the following information:).

  • Your Date of Birth
  • Your Address
  • Your Subject
    If you recently applied or are applying today select New Application.
    If you are already receiving public benefits, select Existing Case.
  • Which Program
    Select all the programs you are applying for or are currently receiving.
  • Your Contact Information

If we have a problem identifying your case, we will contact you for additional information.

Yes, your files will be protected in a secure folder where only authorized county staff have access to the files.

Your documents will be downloaded by our clerical staff and given to your County Case Worker for processing.

If you have questions about your documents, contact your County Case Worker.

If you have an apostrophe (') in your name, please access the portal by doing the following:

If you are using an iPhone or iPad with iOS 11 and newer:

  • Disable the “Smart Punctuation” on your iOS device by:
    1. Go to Settings
    2. Select General
    3. Select Keyboard
    4. Turn off “Smart Punctuation”
  • Go back into the portal using the apostrophe in your name.

Upload Documents:

  • No larger than 8 MB
  • No files that are password protected or restricted
  • The file name should contain less than 100 characters
  • In one of these formats: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .png.
  • File name can only contain letters, numbers, spaces, and these symbols: ! @ $ _ - + ( ) [ ] { } , . ~
